Digital Accessibility Statement

Updated: March 2025

At FedPoint, we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We strive to ensure that all functionality and content on our website are accessible, regardless of the technology or assistive devices used

Our website is regularly updated and designed to meet or exceed the standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998 (29 U.S.C. 794) and to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Levels A and AA.

About Section 508
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requires that federal agencies ensure that people with disabilities have access to and use of information and data comparable to that provided to individuals without disabilities unless doing so would impose an undue burden on the organization. It also mandates that federal employees with disabilities have access to information that is comparable to that provided to employees without disabilities unless an undue burden exists.

We are committed to ensuring that our digital content and services comply with these standards.

Our Ongoing Efforts
We continually work to improve the accessibility of our website, and we aim to:

  • regularly monitor our site for accessibility
  • incorporate feedback from users with disabilities
  • implement features that enhance accessibility, such as keyboard navigation, alternative text for images, and accessible forms
