Emergency Preparedness for Older Adults
Older adults living at home, and their caregivers, should take the necessary steps to prepare in case of an emergency. Without appropriate contingency plans in place, an older adult who has mobility limitations, battery or electrically powered medical devices or durable medical equipment, or other functional considerations could be impacted during a time of crisis.
